Dillon & Dillon specializes in Timber Frame design and construction.

Since 1986, Tim Dillon has designed and constructed numerous Timber Frame buildings in the Kachemak bay area, as well as homes in Eagle River, Homer, and a special project in La Fox, Illinois.

Aside from the project in Illinois, all timbers (posts, beams, and rafters) are milled in Seldovia from local Sitka Spruce. The timbers are then individually notched and numbered in the Dillon & Dillon shop.

Timber packages can be shipped anywhere in the state to on, or off road locations. Once on site, timbers are stood up in less than a week.
