The Pease House
Custom Timber Frame Home
The Pease house is a small, rustic timber frame that was built 1.5 miles up Seldovia Bay from the town of Seldovia.
All materials were transported to the building site by use of boat and hand carried up the trail to the house site. The timbers and panels were transported on a barge and lifted by a crane that sat on the floating barge, to be set at the house site. Key Features of this custom home construction:
